As a result, our shipping and return policies are aligned with those of our individual partners. Vendor Shipping and Return Policies
Shipping
Economy: 3-5 business days is FREE for all U.S. orders. Shipping times may be longer for orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories.
2-Day: 2 business days at tiered flat rates. Note that our carrier of choice will have a delivery estimate within the 2 business day window but some orders may be delayed due to unforeseen carrier issues. Rates are calculated based on weight tier at checkout. Saturday delivery is included.
Next Day: 1 business day at tiered flat rates. We have moved to a non-captive express shipping model to reduce the cost of express shipping for all customers. These options are only available for the Contiguous United States (48 States). Orders must be placed prior to 3pm EST (12pm PST) for same day fulfillment. Rates are calculated based on weight tier at checkout. Saturday delivery is included.

Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with any Hope and Henry purchase, you may return unworn items with their tags still attached within 30 days of receipt.
Hope and Henry reserve the right not to refund items that are returned showing signs of damage or wear; these items will not be returned to the customer.

Delilah Home has a 30 day return policy from the time of the order for items in factory packaging, Closeout items are final sale and cannot be returned. Contact cs@delilahhome.com to obtain a return label. Include the order number and item number.

Returns
The Zero Waste Store has a Green First No Guarantee Return Policy. Having carefully chosen their high quality products, and to avoid the waste produced from returns, they cannot guarantee that returns will be accepted. If you do have any issues with your product, please email them at info@zerowastestore.com.

Returns
30 day return policy from point of purchase for unused products in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. Contact the store at wecare@organiccottonmart.com with your order number for a label. If the item was marked as a gift, you can receive a gift credit for the value of the return.

Orders will be processed within 24-48 hours. Once fulfilled you will receive an email with a tracking number provided by either USPS or UPS. Arrival dates are only an estimate.

Scarves and items discounted are not eligible for return and are considered final sale.
