Refund policy

At Earthborn Essentials, we want you to feel confident in your purchase and happy with the products you receive.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, please contact us at returns@eeorganicgoods.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

To reduce unnecessary shipping emissions and product waste, all returns must be requested by email before items are sent back. Once your request is reviewed, we will provide the next steps and a prepaid return shipping label if the item is eligible for return.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging when possible.

Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for return. These include:

• Products fulfilled by our sustainability partner ZeroWasteStore
• Items marked as Final Sale
• Discounted or sale items

These items may not be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us right away and we will make it right by providing a replacement or refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
